A. Please use the title replacement request form. If you haven’t received your title, you must contact your dealer.
Q. I need to purchase a part.
A. See above. You can purchase parts from your dealer or from the website above.
Q. I received by vehicle damaged.
A. Please contact your dealer IMMEDIATELY to resolve all shipping damage issues.
Q. I need work done on my vehicle.
A. If you purchased your vehicle online, you will have to take your vehicle to the closest dealer for repairs. If you purchased your vehicle from a dealer, the dealer will work on the vehicle.
Q. Does tank vehicles have labor warranty.
A. There is no labor warranty with the standard warranty offered. You will have labor warranty if you purchased extended coverage from your dealer.
Q. Where can I purchase a Tank vehicle.
A. Please use the dealer locator to find the dealer closest to you.
Q. I need technical support on my vehicles.
A. Your dealer can provide technical support to your vehicles. Otherwise you can email us at tech@tank-sports.com. Sorry we do not offer support over the telephone.
Q. I just received my vehicle, what should I do next.
A. You will need to take your vehicle to a dealer to get your vehicle properly assembled.
Q. How do I register my vehicle for warranty.

Q. Does Tank Sports Inc allow internet shops to sell vehicles online.
A. Tank Sports Inc does not drop ship nor support online shops. All retail of vehicles is done at the shop or via mediums other than Online shopping carts.
Q. I own a Redcat dealership and I would like to Carry Tank brand vehicles. Who should I call.
A. You can call your existing CSR/Sales Rep to order any brands offered under the Tank Sports umbrella.
Q. I have a vehicle dealership, I would like to carry tank brand vehicles.
